These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;GTC&#8221;) shall govern the business relationship between STRATON AUTOMATION, acting as a contractor (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Contractor&#8221;), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Customer&#8221;).
