Essential allies for your projects

To find an answer to your question STRATON AUTOMATION invites you to follow these three steps:

1. Take a look at our straton documentation :

The online help is available on all items directly in your straton editor. Just click on the relevant element and press F1 to access the help.

The straton user guides are available both in the editor (Help/Tutorials) and on our download area.

2. Check the straton FAQ and the COPA-DATA forum :

These two platforms are both a mine of useful information and a great place for discussion between customers and our Support team.

3.Contact our Support Department:

In case the previous steps have not answered your questions, you can contact our Support Department. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
For all support requests, please specify:

  • A title that defines your need as clearly as possible,
  • The software you are using, its version number and if possible its build number,
  • The priority level (low, medium, high, critical),
  • A detailed description of your problem, question or request.
